We Do Not Run Simulations. We Transform Lives.
Leadership Initiatives is a nonprofit designed to inspire and create the leaders of tomorrow, today. We accomplish this by exposing participating students to leading experts, elite career fairs, specialized mentors & exclusive tours. Pushing students to directly transform lives with the work they accomplish during the program.
Our long-term goal is to develop a generation of leaders that are poised to empower the world.
Elite Career Fairs
Leadership Initiatives host exclusive career fairs on the final night each conference. Students will have the opportunity to speak with leaders in multiple fields of study to help inspire students to learn more about what direction they would like to take in their lives.
Currently, Leadership Initiatives has lined up experts from: Capital Hill, State Department, Johns Hopkins, the Supreme Court, Secret Service, U.S. Military, NASA, World Bank, DC Appeals Court, Peace Corps, PNC Bank, Leadership Institute, Georgetown University, Doctors Without Boards, Dartmouth, the Nigerian Embassy, FBI, Exxon, National Institute of Health, GlobalGiving and many more.
Students are encouraged to meet with guests whose careers and/or fields of expertise best match their own interests. For example, students who have an interest in national security may elect to meet with officials from the U.S. Pentagon or students interested in Microbiology may choose to meet with officials from the National Institute of Health.
